Premium
As close to new as it gets.
Phones in Premium condition look virtually untouched. They show little to no signs of use, with clean screens and minimal cosmetic wear. All components are original, battery health is 90% or better, and every feature works perfectly. If you want that “new phone feel” without paying full price, this is it.
Excellent
Almost flawless, and fully functional.
These devices have been gently used and well looked after. You may notice one or two very light marks on the body up close, but the screen will be clear. Fully tested and ready to go — ideal if you want great quality and strong value.
Very Good
Light wear, strong performance.
Phones in this category show some minor cosmetic signs of use, such as small scuffs or scratches. These are usually visible only when viewed closely. The screen stays clear, and functionality is 100%. A great option if you're after performance over perfection.
